All lectures and breaks, the Welcome Reception and the Wine and Cheese Party took place in the “Centre Broca Nouvelle-Aquitaine” (previously Neurocampus building) located in the southeast of the Bordeaux University campus, Carreire area.
The gala dinner was held in the Palais de la Bourse, Bordeaux downtown.

Organized by the neuroscience and photonics departments and imaging facilities of Bordeaux and Quebec, Neurophotonics 2017 was the fifth edition of a successful conference series devoted to new frontiers in microscopy and neuroscience.
The meeting brought together leading developers and practitioners of advanced optical approaches to study brain function, from receptor dynamics at synapses to sensory processing in intact brains.
It covered:
