Registration is required for all participants. You need to register before submitting an abstract.
The total number of participants is limited to 150. This event is SOLD OUT.
The conference fees cover the expenses for participation and access to all lectures, coffee breaks, lunches, and these three events:
- the Welcome Reception on Sunday, October 15,
- the Wine and Cheese Party on Monday, October 16, and
- the gala dinner on Tuesday, October 17.
All lectures and breaks, the Welcome Reception and the Wine and Cheese Party will take place in the “Centre Broca Nouvelle-Aquitaine” (previously Neurocampus building) located in the southeast of the Bordeaux University campus, Carreire area.
Note that a “Tickarte” will be given to you at the Welcome Desk on Sunday, October 15. This free of charge transportation card will allow you to use the bus and tram Transport of Bordeaux Métropole network (TBM) during the four-day conference.
The symposium will take place at the “Centre Broca Nouvelle-Aquitaine” (previoulsy Neurocampus building) located in the southeast of the Bordeaux University campus, Carreire area.
Registration and catering breaks be held in the lobby of the building.
How to access:
The line A of the tramway (réseau TMB) serves Bordeaux city center to the area of Carreire. The St-Augustin/Centre Broca Nouvelle-Aquitaine ride takes 8-10 minutes. Click on the map to enlarge.
Hotel booking is left at the participant’s initiative: book the room online using the Internet site of the Bordeaux Office of Tourism. Select hotels with 1, 2 or 3 stars in the range of price from 50 to 130 €.
The nearest hotel is the hôtel Alton, located 8 mins walk. Please specify that you are coming to the FINS 2017 conference to benefit from special rates.

Abstract submission is closed.
All submitted abstracts will be “accepted” unless notification by return. Some abstracts will be selected by the Scientific Committee for oral presentation (15 minutes). The other abstracts will be presented during the poster sessions.
The deadline to submit your abstract was September 8th, 2017 (for oral presentation or poster).
Size of the support for posters is 1,20 m wide x 1,92 m high.
